The Best and Worst of the Web

Best of the Web

Every time I see the Culinate site, three things happen. First, I wish my site looked that good. Second, I wish sold food instead of software, because even with the best site design in the world, you can’t match the richness and warmth that beautiful food conveys. Third, I wish I could cook. Time for yet another PB&J lunch.

Worst of the Web

One of the funniest sites I’ve come across in a while satirizes over-hyped sales pages. Check it out for a good laugh.

  1. Hey just take in small steps…being able to cook is not really an art, it is just practice and a little creative thinking.

And, by the way, you kind words about our site design are much appreciated. But, beware, getting the pictures to look so good, that is much harder than the cooking part… ;)

  2. Hi Mark, thanks for stopping by. I live in the outskirts of P-town, so it’s nice to plug a local site.

But beyond that, once in a while you’ll stumble upon a site that really catches your eye. Culinate is a nice change from the typical techno-gloss that’s wearing on my eyes.
