Change a Symbol Type

To change a symbol type after it has already been added to the flowchart, follow the instructions below based on which version of Excel you are using.

 

Excel 2000-2003

 

1.Select the border of the symbol to change.
2.On the FlowBreeze toolbar click Drawing Tools > Change Autoshape
3.Navigate the Change Autoshape sub-menus to locate the new symbol type and select it.

 

Excel 2007

 

1.Select the border of the symbol to change.
2.Use the Change Shape tool on the FlowBreeze ribbon tab.

 

Note: If you click on the center of a symbol, you will usually select the text instead of the symbol itself.
