In the Flow is first and foremost a company blog for BreezeTree Software. As such I’ll try to keep it on the level and post only about “important” stuff. “Important” is a dubious term, but in this blog it applies mostly, but not exclusively, to:

• Company news.
• Product anouncements.
• FlowBreeze and other (future) product tips.
• General flowcharting, process mapping, and value stream mapping tips and how to’s. (Longer material will be posted to the Articles section of the website and linked to from an intro here.)
• Any subject related to quality and process improvement.
• The business of running a software company. I’ll talk about BreezeTree Software, in particular, in order to establish a level of transparency and break down the wall that often exists between vendors and their customers.
• Weekend posts: Posts that aren’t quite on-topic, but not too left field.
