Export as Picture

Available in Standard Edition only.

 

This feature supports six picture formats: PNG (the default), BMP, GIF, JPG (90% quality setting by default), WMF, and TIF. You have two options when using this feature. You can save just the shapes on the drawing, by choosing the Flowchart (shapes only) as shown in Picture 1 below. Or, you can choose the Flowchart and sheet (shapes and/or cell contents) option, as shown in Picture 2 below.

 

If you choose the first option, the shapes are selected automatically. If you choose the second options, the range is select for you, but you can change it by clicking the Select... button. This will open a dialog, allowing you to pick the range.

 

When you click the Next > button, a file save dialog will open, prompting you to choose a location and enter a file name. The default file name is the name of the worksheet followed by "-flowchart".
