Ordering Information

• PayPal and FastSpring accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Switch/Maestro, Solo, and PayPal. FastSpring also accepts Bank Transfers (aka, Wire Transfers) and Money Orders.
• VAT and State Taxes: FastSpring orders automatically collect VAT and California usage tax, but orders through PayPal do not collect taxes. If you need them added to your transaction, please use our credit card processor FastSpring.
• If you prefer to pay by check, please see the Purchase Orders and Price Quotes section below.
• Order quantities can be changed in the checkout screens.

BreezeTree uses payment processors that have been selected based on their Security, Reliability, and Customer Service. All our processors use industry standard SSL to encrypt communications, ensuring your transactions are secure and confidential.

License Agreement FAQ

Is there an annual subscription fee?
No. We do charge for major version upgrades to support new versions of Excel when they are released, and upgrade discounts are available for licensed users. Minor version updates are always free for licensed users.

Can I install the software on both my PC and my laptop?
Yes. Our software is licensed per user. The licensed user may install the software on both a desktop and a laptop (notebook) under a single license, as long as the licensee is the primary user of each system.

How is a "Site" defined?
The license Agreement defines Site as follows:

"Site" shall be defined as a single facility or group of facilities in a single metropolitan area or close physical proximity. Separate Site Licenses must be purchased for each Site that does not meet these criteria. Exceptions are made for smaller, but geographically dispersed, organizations.

Purchase Orders and Price Quotes

If you prefer to be invoiced, BreezeTree Software will accept purchase orders directly. Please contact us if you would like a price quote. Purchase orders can be emailed to sales@breezetree.com or faxed to 1-815-301-9585. We cannot take purchase orders or credit card orders over the phone.

The following terms and conditions apply:

• All purchases orders will be reviewed prior to approval.
• Additional fees may apply for complex purchase orders or special shipping requirements.
• Upon approval, customers in the U.S. will be sent a license key and be invoiced.
• The terms are Net 30 from the date of the invoice and license delivery.
• Purchases orders originating outside the U.S. must be prepaid before the license is delivered.
• Purchase orders need to include the following information:
  • Name (point of contact)
  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Fax number (if available)
  • Email address
  • Shipping terms: For electronic delivery.

W-9 Form

For orders placed via PayPal or Purchase Order, please contact support@breezetree.com to request a W-9 form.

Version Updates and Upgrades

• Minor version updates are always free (for your licensed major version).
• Major version upgrades are free for 1 year after the date of purchase for site licenses and 3 months after the date of purhase for single-user licenses.
• Major version upgrades after the free period (stated above) are available at a discount for licensed users.
• Version terminology: For version 1.2.3, "1" is the major version, "2" is the minor version, and "3" is the build number.

Refund Policy

BreezeTree Software has a 30-day money back guarantee. If you decide that you would like a refund, please contact BreezeTree Support.

• .NET Framework: 4.0 or later

Spreadspeed 3:

• Excel: 2010 - 2021 (Office 365)
• Windows: 7, 8, 10, and 11
• .NET Framework: 4.5.1 or later

FlowBreeze and Spreadspeed are Microsoft Excel add-ins for Windows only. Excel for Mac, Open Office, or Office Libre are not supported.
