Reporting a Problem

If you need to contact support to report a problem, the following information is helpful.

  • Which Spreadspeed feature you were trying to use when the error occurred.
  • If possible, the steps needed to re-produce the problem.
  • If possible, a copy of the Excel file you were working on. (All material is treated as confidential.)
  • Your Excel version.
  • Your Windows version.
  • The version of Spreadspeed that you are running. From the Spreadspeed ribbon tab, click Help > About to see the version number.
  • The contents of the Spreadspeed event log. The SpreadspeedEvents.log file is located in your Documents folder.
